Information collected
When you use the contact form, the site collects the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Basic technical information may also be processed for page-view analytics and security, such as the requested path, browser user agent, referrer, and network address.
How the information is used
Contact details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. Page-view information is used to understand how the portfolio is used and to maintain the site. The information is not used to build advertising profiles.
Storage and notifications
Contact submissions are stored in the site database. When configured, a copy of the submission is also sent to a private Telegram chat so the inquiry can be noticed and answered. Those services process data under their own security and privacy practices.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for responding to the inquiry, maintaining business records, securing the site, or meeting applicable legal obligations. Records may be archived or deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with a contact submission by emailing rahoui.med.amin@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping needs.
